What they don't tell you
Walking into this place was a disappointment-the cleanliness was far below any standard I've encountered. Ants in the bathroom and a mystery pizza piece lurking under the couch? Yikes! First impressions matter, and this hotel certainly failed on that front. Save your money and look elsewhere.

The pool was very clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Our room with bunk beds was updated. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven provided. The location was decent for Bend, just off restaurants as well as river. There was Arby's nearby, offering quick meals.

Great Experience with a Wonderful Manager!
I loved checking out the room, clean and well-appointed. Nearby dining options were fantastic, especially the local favorites that added to the experience. Highly recommend for families!

They need to remodel some things like the bathroom the shower faucet was broken and water was not coming out properly and blanket on one of the beds was broken

The location felt perfect for outdoor activities. I loved being close to trails and golf courses. The room had great amenities, like a nice TV and free Wi-Fi. The room was clean and cozy, contributing to a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the pool area, nice to have that option for relaxation. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order . I really looked forward to relaxing there after a day outside. Some maintenance details need attention, like the area around the pool, which feels a bit sparse and could use more décor or seating. I would consider staying again due to the location and amenities.

It's a big room, has everything you need.
Not a very clean pool, no breakfast. Bed linen is "tired."

One of the only motels in Bend that still had non-smoking rooms available on this weekend.
The room was overrun with ants - yuk! Requested refund rather than stay the next night.

Good bed, clean room, good pillows, great water pressure. Excellent value for the budget stay. This is a no frills motel, but the basics are good. B
Bring your own hair dryer. If you're working on a laptop, you'll be hunched over, working on a coffee table surface. Rooms are small, but adequate.
